Emulsion type adjuvants including water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions suffer a range of disadvantages from emulsification to mixing ratios leading to instability or low vaccine efficacy. Our novel HLB technology maximizes the O/W type adjuvant stability on a wide range of mixing ratios that does not require sophisticated homogenizer or temperature control, saving time and cost. In addition, our O/W emulsion adjuvant can be easily sterilized through membrane filtration, ensuring your vaccine product with successfully sterilizing validation.
Adjuvant without oil or with very low oil content always cause difficulties for inducing early immune response and long-lasting antibody titers. Our unique polymer technology comprises of biodegradable polymers formula that appear to have an excellent adjuvant effect on microencapsulated protein-like antigen, caused by its controlled release and/or immune stimulation of the dendritic cells by the polymer.
Dispersion and encapsulation technology
