Traditional animal vaccine adjuvants are mostly water-in-oil W/O adjuvants, which can induce higher antibody production titer, but with poor stability (oil and water separation layer).
Once the viscosity is too high, it will be much more difficult to inject causing the subcutaneous tissue lesion of designated animals and bringing safety concerns for animals of high economic value and companion animals.
