General Description:
TiterHigh 101 Adjuvant contains these essential ingredients: saponin (an immunostimulant/surfactacnt), white mineral oli, and emulsifiers
Biochemical Actions:
TiterHigh 101 is a well-developed water-in-oil adjuvant specialized for inducing high antibody titer upon primary vaccination with specialized chemical structures and protein-based antigens. With saponin added, the newly formed adjuvant can induce a better titer and more effective than traditional IFA adjuvants.
Specific protein or viral antigens needs to be emulsified with TiterHigh 101 to immunize lab animals and extract antibodies.

Quick Instruction:
1. Mix 600 μL TiterHigh 101 + 400 μL antigen solution (in water or 1 x PBS)
2. Mix and emulsifiy the above solution for a total 1000 μL by syringes
3. Immunize the animal with a total of 500 μL emulsified solution or whichever
appropriate method
4. Evaluate the antibody response for animals every week by ELISA or other methods
