TiterHigh Gold
General Description:
TiterHigh Gold Adjuvant contains these essential ingredients: a web-phased copolymer, polyacrylic acid, white mineral oil, and squalene (a metabolizable oil).
Biochemical Actions:
TiterHigh Gold is a newly developed oil-in-water adjuvant specialized for second, and third boost of antibody titer. Vaccination upon second and third vaccination on antibody boost is much more effective due of aqueous antigen release and less stress to the host animals in reducing the mortality rate significantly. Primary vaccination is also suggested in animals under stress in inducing antibody response.
No sophisticated emulsification is needed for vaccine preparation. Just simple stirring for 10 minutes is sufficient.

Quick Instruction:
1. Mix 300 μl TiterHigh Gold + 700 μL antigen solution (in water or 1 x PBS)
2. Mix and simple stirring the above solution of a total 1000 μL through inverting
3. Immunize the animal with a total of 500 μL or whichever amount you choose
4. Evaluate the antibody titer for animals every week by ELISA or other methods
